TotalCare, a family medicine practice, was established in 2004 in Joshua, Texas. Over the years, the practice has expanded its services to 14 facilities across North Texas, comprising nine emergency rooms, four primary/urgent care clinics, and one behavioral health clinic. The organization's growth is a testament to its commitment to providing accessible and quality healthcare services to its patients.
In August 2020, TotalCare demonstrated its dedication to improving global healthcare by extending support to a clinic located in Eldoret, Kenya, that had lost its funding during the pandemic. TotalCare provided financial support and other resources to the clinic, which, as a result, was renamed the TotalCare Rapha Clinic on October 5, 2020. Since then, the clinic has continued to thrive and serve the local community, providing much-needed healthcare services to those in need.
The success of TotalCare's charitable initiatives has led to the establishment of the TotalCare Foundation in 2023. This foundation is an organization committed to making a difference and giving back to the world. The foundation's mission is to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in healing the sick, helping the hurt, and sharing the good news of the Kingdom of God. The foundation's motto, "Transforming lives, one person at a time" is a reflection of its overarching vision of creating a better world by improving access to resources and services.
TotalCare is deeply grateful to all its patients in North Texas who have helped support its charitable work. The organization acknowledges that its success is due to the unwavering support of its patients, and it continues to seek ways to improve healthcare access and services for those in need. TotalCare is also appreciative of its partnerships across the world that have enabled it to expand its operations and provide healthcare services to underserved communities. The organization remains committed to its motto of "Transforming lives" and will continue to work towards making a positive difference in the world.
